Foi declarada inexig\u00edvel a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do certame licitat\u00f3rio para a CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE APRESENTA\u00c7\u00c3O DE UM SHOW ART\u00cdSTICO AO VIVO DE (THIAGO FREITAS) PARA O EVENTO FESTA DA PADROEIRA, CUJA APRESENTA\u00c7\u00c3O REALIZAR-SE-\u00c1 NO DIA 28 DE FEVEREIRO DE 2026, conforme especifica\u00e7\u00f5es e condi\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no Termo de Refer\u00eancia. Para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os objeto desta contrata\u00e7\u00e3o, a Prefeitura Municipal de Vila Flor\/RN pagar\u00e1 \u00e0 contratada a quantia de\u00a0R$ 250.000,00 (Duzentos e cinquenta mil reais)<\/strong>. A motiva\u00e7\u00e3o se d\u00e1 pela impossibilidade da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de concorr\u00eancia em face da inexist\u00eancia de crit\u00e9rios objetivos para diferenciar as performances art\u00edsticas, nos termos do art. 74, inciso II, da Lei 14.133\/21. Contrata-se, portanto, a THIAGO FREITAS PROMO\u00c7\u00d5ES ARTISTICAS LTDA, com o CNPJ sob o n\u00b0 48.910.333\/0001-84 com sede na RUA CANOPUS, 240, SALA 10, PARQUE DAS NA\u00c7\u00d5ES, PARNAMIRIM\/RN, CEP 59.158-775, fornecedor do servi\u00e7o em tela. Ante o exposto, tendo em vista os fundamentos apresentados e a regularidade formal do\u00a0Processo Administrativo n\u00b0 13020003\/2026<\/strong>, bem como seu enquadramento legal, que fundamenta a Lei Federal n\u00ba14.133\/2021 e legisla\u00e7\u00e3o complementar e, ainda de conformidade com o resultado do presente certame,usando das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que nos s\u00e3o conferidas, a Prefeita Municipal de Vila Flor\/RN, atrav\u00e9s da Secretaria Municipal de Cultura, Esporte e Lazer, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e com base nas informa\u00e7\u00f5es constantes do processo de licita\u00e7\u00e3o em ep\u00edgrafe, resolve RATIFICAR o\u00a0TERMO DE INEXIGIBILIDADE DE LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 011\/2026<\/strong>, para que este produza seus legais efeitos.<\/p>\n

Foi declarada inexig\u00edvel a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do certame licitat\u00f3rio para a CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE APRESENTA\u00c7\u00c3O DE UM SHOW ART\u00cdSTICO AO VIVO DE (TETE PESSOA \u2013 CIRCUITO MUSICAL) PARA O EVENTO FESTA DA PADROEIRA, CUJA APRESENTA\u00c7\u00c3O REALIZAR-SE-\u00c1 NO DIA 28 DE FEVEREIRO DE 2026, conforme especifica\u00e7\u00f5es e condi\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no Termo de Refer\u00eancia. Para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os objeto desta contrata\u00e7\u00e3o, a Prefeitura Municipal de Vila Flor\/RN pagar\u00e1 \u00e0 contratada a quantia de R$ 100.000,00 (Cem mil reais). A motiva\u00e7\u00e3o se d\u00e1 pela impossibilidade da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de concorr\u00eancia em face da inexist\u00eancia de crit\u00e9rios objetivos para diferenciar as performances art\u00edsticas, nos termos do art. 74, inciso II, da Lei 14.133\/21. Ante o exposto, tendo em vista os fundamentos apresentados e a regularidade formal do\u00a0Processo Administrativo n\u00b0 13020002\/2026<\/strong>, bem como seu enquadramento legal, que fundamenta a Lei Federal n\u00ba14.133\/2021 e legisla\u00e7\u00e3o complementar e, ainda de conformidade com o resultado do presente certame, usando das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que nos s\u00e3o conferidas, a Prefeita Municipal de Vila Flor\/RN, atrav\u00e9s da Secretaria Municipal de Cultura, Esporte e Lazer, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e com base nas informa\u00e7\u00f5es constantes do processo de licita\u00e7\u00e3o em ep\u00edgrafe, resolve RATIFICAR o\u00a0TERMO DE INEXIGIBILIDADE DE LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 010\/2026<\/strong>, para que este produza seus legais efeitos.<\/p>\n

A PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE VILA FLOR, inscrito(a) no CNPJ sob o n\u00ba 08.169.278\/0001-07, com sede na RUA JOSE CALAZANS, 169, representado por THUANNE KARLA CARVALHO DE SOUZA, PREFEITA MUNICIPAL, doravante denominado(a) CONTRATANTE, e a detentora \u00e9 a empresa RNCRONO LTDA, CNPJ\/MF: 27.789.883\/0001-17, j\u00e1 qualificados no contrato inicial, determinaram por meio deste, alterar o referido contrato, tendo em vista o que consta no Processo n\u00ba 04020001\/2026 e em observ\u00e2ncia \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es da Lei n\u00ba 14.133, de 1\u00ba de abril de 2021, e demais legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel, resolvem celebrar o presente Termo Aditivo, e autorizado por despacho da Prefeita Municipal, em conformidade com o disposto no artigo 61 da Lei n\u00ba 14.133\/21, e demais legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel, resolvem celebrar o presente Termo aditivo de acr\u00e9scimo de altera\u00e7\u00e3o contratual, mediante as cl\u00e1usulas e condi\u00e7\u00f5es a seguir enunciadas.<\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA PRIMEIRA \u2013 OBJETO (art. 125, da Lei 14.133\/21)<\/strong><\/p>\n

O presente termo aditivo de acr\u00e9scimo tem por objeto a(s) seguinte(s) altera\u00e7\u00e3o(\u00f5es) contratual(is):<\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA SEGUNDA \u2013 PRE\u00c7O<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.1. Com a(s) altera\u00e7\u00e3o(\u00f5es), o valor da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o passar\u00e1 a ser R$\u00a0<\/em>2.033,50<\/em>\u00a0(Dois mil, trinta e tr\u00eas reais e cinquenta centavos), o que corresponde a 16,47% do contrato incialmente pactuado.<\/em><\/p>\n

2.2. O valor \u00e9 meramente estimativo, de forma que os pagamentos devidos ao CONTRATADO depender\u00e3o dos quantitativos efetivamente prestados.<\/em><\/p>\n

Foi declarada inexig\u00edvel a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do certame licitat\u00f3rio para a CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE APRESENTA\u00c7\u00c3O DE UM SHOW ART\u00cdSTICO AO VIVO DE (THIAGO FREITAS) PARA O EVENTO FESTA DA PADROEIRA, CUJA APRESENTA\u00c7\u00c3O REALIZAR-SE-\u00c1 NO DIA 28 DE FEVEREIRO DE 2026, conforme especifica\u00e7\u00f5es e condi\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no Termo de Refer\u00eancia. Para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os objeto desta contrata\u00e7\u00e3o, a Prefeitura Municipal de Vila Flor\/RN pagar\u00e1 \u00e0 contratada a quantia de\u00a0R$\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>250.000,00<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0(<\/b><\/strong>Duzentos e cinquenta mil reais<\/b><\/strong>)<\/b><\/strong>. Foi declarada inexig\u00edvel a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do certame licitat\u00f3rio para a CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE APRESENTA\u00c7\u00c3O DE UM SHOW ART\u00cdSTICO AO VIVO DE (TETE PESSOA \u2013 CIRCUITO MUSICAL) PARA O EVENTO FESTA DA PADROEIRA, CUJA APRESENTA\u00c7\u00c3O REALIZAR-SE-\u00c1 NO DIA 28 DE FEVEREIRO DE 2026, conforme especifica\u00e7\u00f5es e condi\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no Termo de Refer\u00eancia. Para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os objeto desta contrata\u00e7\u00e3o, a Prefeitura Municipal de Vila Flor\/RN pagar\u00e1 \u00e0 contratada a quantia de R$ 100.000,00\u00a0(Cem mil reais). A motiva\u00e7\u00e3o se d\u00e1 pela impossibilidade da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de concorr\u00eancia em face da inexist\u00eancia de crit\u00e9rios objetivos para diferenciar as performances art\u00edsticas, nos termos do art. 74, inciso II, da Lei 14.133\/21. Contrata-se, portanto, a F. Ante o exposto, tendo em vista os fundamentos apresentados e a regularidade formal do\u00a0Processo<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>Administrativo n\u00b0<\/b><\/strong>\u00a013020002\/2026<\/b><\/strong>, bem como seu enquadramento legal, que fundamenta a Lei Federal n\u00ba14.133\/2021 e legisla\u00e7\u00e3o complementar e, ainda de conformidade com o resultado do presente certame,\u00a0usando das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que nos s\u00e3o conferidas, a Prefeita Municipal de Vila Flor\/RN, atrav\u00e9s da Secretaria\u00a0Municipal de Cultura, Esporte e Lazer, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e com base nas informa\u00e7\u00f5es constantes do\u00a0processo de licita\u00e7\u00e3o em ep\u00edgrafe, resolve\u00a0RATIFICAR\u00a0o\u00a0TERMO DE INEXIGIBILIDADE DE<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0009\/2026<\/b><\/strong>,\u00a0para que este produza seus legais efeitos.<\/p>\n
