LEI ORDIN\u00c1RIA MUNICIPAL N\u00ba 469, DE 23 DE DEZEMBRO 2024.<\/p>\n

\u201cDisp\u00f5e sobre altera\u00e7\u00e3o dos vencimentos dos cargos de Procurador Geral, Procurador Adjunto, Controlador, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A Prefeita Municipal de Vila Flor \/RN<\/b><\/p>\n

Faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte lei:<\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Os vencimentos dos cargos de Procurador Geral, Procurador Adjunto, Controlador e ficam reajustados de acordo com os seguintes valores:<\/p>\n

I Procurador Geral – R$ 4.000,00 (quatro mil reais).<\/p>\n

II Procurador Adjunto -R$2.000,00 (dois mil reais),<\/p>\n

III Controlador – R$ 4.000,00 (quatro mil reais).<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>Ao Procurador Municipal \u00e9 assegurado o exerc\u00edcio da advocacia privada, desde que respeitada a compatibilidade com a carga hor\u00e1ria e as atividades inerentes \u00e0 sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Art.3\u00ba Art. 3\u00b0\u00a0<\/b>As despesas decorrentes da execu\u00e7\u00e3o da presente Lei correr\u00e3o por conta das dota\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias pr\u00f3prias.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00b0\u00a0<\/b>Esta lei entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
