 <\/p>\n

Disp\u00f5e sobre o ajuste do valor do sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo, altera o or\u00e7amento municipal quanto aos cr\u00e9ditos adicionais, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/i><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A Prefeita Municipal de Vila Flor\/RN:<\/b><\/p>\n

Faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprova e Ele sanciona a seguinte Lei.<\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba – Fica o Poder Executivo Municipal de Vila Flor\/RN, autorizado a adotar como sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo local, como remunera\u00e7\u00e3o inicial dos servidores p\u00fablicos municipal, o valor de R$ 1.412,00 (Um mil, quatrocentos e doze reais) mensais, ap\u00f3s majora\u00e7\u00e3o de 6,96% (seis v\u00edrgula noventa e seis por cento) sobre o valor vigente desde o m\u00eas de maio de 2023.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba – O valor definido no art. 1\u00ba segue par\u00e2metros definidos pelo Governo Federal, atrav\u00e9s do Decreto n\u00ba 11.864\/2023, de 27 de dezembro de 2023.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba – Os servidores municipais que s\u00e3o regidos por plano de cargos, carreira e sal\u00e1rio espec\u00edfico, n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o beneficiados com o reajuste fixado por esta Lei.<\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba – Fica o Executivo Municipal autorizado a proceder no corrente ano, a abertura de novos cr\u00e9ditos adicionais suplementares, em mais 6,96% (seis virgula noventa e seis por cento) das despesas or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias anuais fixadas no or\u00e7amento vigente.<\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00ba – Esta Lei entra em vigor a partir de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, retroagindo seus efeitos a 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2024.<\/p>\n

Art. 6\u00ba. – Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
