MIGRA\u00c7\u00c3O DE ARQUIVOS DIGITALIZADOS ANTERIORMENTE EM FORMATO TIFF (FORMATO DE ARQUIVO RASTER PARA IMAGENS DIGITAIS) E PDF, ARMAZENADOS NO BANCO DE DADOS MICROSOFT MYSQ.<\/strong>\u00a0Declaro o interessado a empresa\u00a0MARCOS P S DE FREITAS<\/strong>\u00a0com o CNPJ sob o n\u00b0\u00a037.339.857\/0001-40<\/strong>, como apto e atestado para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o de natureza cont\u00ednua. O servi\u00e7o ser\u00e1 realizado sob a responsabilidade e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o desta Prefeitura Municipal. Ante o exposto, tendo em vista os fundamentos apresentados e a regularidade formal do Processo Administrativo n\u00b0 28010001\/2026, bem como seu enquadramento legal, que fundamenta a Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.133\/2021 e legisla\u00e7\u00e3o complementar e, ainda de conformidade com o resultado do presente certame, usando das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que nos s\u00e3o conferidas, a Prefeita Municipal de Vila Flor\/RN, atrav\u00e9s da Secretaria Municipal de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e com base nas informa\u00e7\u00f5es constantes do processo de licita\u00e7\u00e3o em ep\u00edgrafe, resolve\u00a0RATIFICAR<\/strong>\u00a0o\u00a0TERMO DE DISPENSA DE LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 006\/2026,\u00a0<\/strong>para que este produza seus legais efeitos.<\/p>\n
