\nPREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE VILA FLOR<\/strong><\/p>\n

Decreta recesso nas reparti\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas municipais de 24.12.2025 a 09.01.2026, face \u00e0s festividades alusivas ao per\u00edodo de final de ano.<\/p>\n

A PREFEITA MUNICIPAL DE VILA FLOR\/RN, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe confere a lei org\u00e2nica do munic\u00edpio,<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

D E C R E T A:<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba Fica declarado \u201cRECESSO\u201d nas reparti\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas municipais, no per\u00edodo de 24 de dezembro de 2025 a 09 de janeiro de 2026, considerando as festividades alusivas ao Final de Ano.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico. As reparti\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas municipais que prestam atividades essenciais e de interesse p\u00fablico n\u00e3o se aplica o disposto no caput deste artigo, ficando assegurado o atendimento dos of\u00edcios p\u00fablicos considerados de natureza essencial, executado por servidores em miss\u00e3o de urg\u00eancia, emerg\u00eancia ou necessidades indispens\u00e1veis ao funcionamento.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba Fica a crit\u00e9rio de cada Secretaria Municipal, estabelecer escalas de plant\u00f5es durante o per\u00edodo de recesso, visando atender as necessidades indispens\u00e1veis ao seu funcionamento.<\/p>\n
